Come listen to a story ‘bout a plumber named Joe
Who told Daddy-O he wanted to make and save more dough
But Daddy-O said, “Joe, Uncle Sam has to take a decent bite
Because spreading the wealth around for all is what is right.â€
Taxes, that is. Moolah for schools, roads, and other stuff folks need.
Well, the first thing you know, Joe’s a media star
McCain’s shouted out to him a zillion times, so he’s gonna go far
There’s just at least one problem, though,
His first name’s not really Joe (Oh-oh!)
(and he doesn’t even have the plumbing license or dough)
Kinda phony, he is. Dreaming. Not having it together.
But now it’s way too late—the media circus has begun
And Joe’s under very hot lights, near trained monkeys beating drums
Two weeks before D-Day, and McCain’s finally found a theme (Have Mercy!)
But Daddy O doesn’t care, ‘cause he’s building up steam
Election, that is. November 4. Time to make some history.
Hey, Joe! After you pay your back taxes, y’all come back now, y’hear?

Poor old Joe,
He had an “American DREAM” of expanding his horizons despite his current circumstances. So he asked Daddy-O what he could expect in terms of policy should he be elected. Daddy-O said as long as his dream didn’t earn more than 250k he wouldn’t be punished(taxed). Daddy-O now sets the boundries of your dreams now. So dream small for we must “spread the wealth” and prop up those who refuse to dream at all.
